It’s getting toward the end of the week and we are thinking about the weekend already, those past few weeks we’ve had… with the trees in blossom, spring flowers blooming and birds chirping has got us longing for summer to edge that bit closer. It is almost like a tease from mother nature, when your little business is set in such an idyllic location amongst the beautiful Exmoor National Park, a stone’s throw from several glorious beaches and refreshing woodland walks yet you cannot escape to enjoy it during the week. We don’t mind though as we are busy at work producing some fantastic products for our lovely customers so you can enjoy the great outdoors in comfort and style.
You may remember we did a recent competition on our facebook page to celebrate Easter and one lucky lady won a pure new wool picnic blanket, we love our giveaways and feel everyone should have the chance to win something special to share with their family or friends. We’ve just had some new stock of our blankets arrive and they are so beautiful, we have expanded our colour range too so we are confident you’ll find something you love. The majority of the blankets we stock are made with pure new wool so they look and feel luxuriously soft; they’re mostly natural too and also made in Great Britain.
If you’re after something bright and cheerful we recommend our check block throws as these are bursting with summery hues making them perfect for a beach visit or picnic this season. Our favourite is the herringbone; they come in some beautiful shades yet aren’t too busy, they would make a perfect addition in the home or draped on garden furniture whilst enjoying that all important sophisticated summer BBQ.
