How do I place an order?
Shopping with Lambland is simple:
- Browse our collections and choose your preferred product.
- Select your size, colour or finish where applicable.
- Add your item to your basket.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery and payment details.
- Review your order and confirm your purchase.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase.
Can I add items to an order I've already placed?
If your order hasn't yet been packed or dispatched, we may be able to add additional items.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds are processed using your original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.

How do I choose the right size?

Will my item look exactly like the photographs?
We work hard to ensure our photography represents each product as accurately as possible.
As many of our products are made from natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture and grain are to be expected. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
These natural differences make every item unique.
Can sheepskin be used during warmer weather?
Yes.
