We've received countless emails, phone calls and messages asking the same question:
"When will you be stocking Jellycat again?"
It's a question we'd love to answer with "very soon".
While we can't make any promises, we wanted to share our story, explain what happened and, more importantly, let you know why we're working so hard to welcome Jellycat back to Lambland.
A Brand We Were Proud to Stock
For many years, Jellycat was one of our favourite collections.
From the instantly recognisable Bashful Bunnies to the quirky Amuseables range, Jellycat brought smiles to customers of all ages. Whether it was a baby's first comforter, a birthday present or a gift for an avid collector, their products quickly became some of the most popular items we sold.
Helping customers find the perfect Jellycat was something our team genuinely enjoyed, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who chose Lambland for their Jellycat purchases.
Why Did Jellycat Leave Lambland?
Towards the end of 2025, Jellycat introduced a significant review of its retail network.
As part of this new strategy, the company made the difficult decision to reduce and reshape the number of retailers representing the brand. Unfortunately, Lambland was one of the stockists that was no longer included within that future retail network.
Naturally, we were disappointed.
However, we also understand that successful brands continually evolve. Businesses regularly review their partnerships, distribution strategies and long-term objectives, and we fully respect Jellycat's decision to move in a new direction.
Rather Than Looking Back, We're Looking Forward
Since then, we've asked ourselves one simple question:
"What can we do to become the kind of retailer Jellycat would want to partner with again?"
Instead of dwelling on disappointment, we've chosen to focus on improvement.
Over the past year, we've continued investing in Lambland across every area of the business.
We've been working hard to:

- Expand our premium brand portfolio.
- Invest in better photography and richer product content.
- Enhance our customer service.

Why Jellycat Still Matters to Us
Jellycat is much more than a soft toy brand.
It's built a reputation for creativity, quality and originality, becoming a favourite with families and collectors around the world. We continue to admire what the brand has achieved and understand why it has become one of the most recognisable names in the gift industry.
That admiration hasn't changed simply because we no longer stock the range.
In fact, it has strengthened our determination to continue growing Lambland into a destination for the very best brands.
Continuing to Build Lambland
While we hope to work with Jellycat again in the future, we haven't stood still.
We've expanded our collections with exciting new brands, including the enchanting Charlie Bears range, alongside our established selection of sheepskin, wool, leather and homeware products. We've continued to invest in British-made products, improve our product range and create a shopping experience that reflects the quality our customers expect.
Every new product, every website improvement and every customer review motivates us to keep raising the bar.
Will Jellycat Return to Lambland?
We genuinely hope so.
We're actively seeking the opportunity to reintroduce Jellycat to our offering and would be delighted to welcome the brand back if the opportunity arises.
While the decision ultimately rests with Jellycat, we're committed to continuing our journey, strengthening our business and demonstrating why Lambland deserves to be considered once again.
