For an occasional clean you can clean sheepskin or leather by hand using cold or warm (not hot) water. Use a damp cloth/sponge with a mild hand washing detergent that is suitable for washing wool.  For larger items such as Sheepskin rugs etc  please refer to our Care and Cleaning page for more specific instructions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred.
