We ship to the UK using Royal Mail First Class, Special Delivery (Signed for up to 10KG) or standard parcel Delivery to a maximum weight of 20kg. European and Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail service to a maximum weight of 2Kg.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Special Delivery packages on the next working day after your order has been despatched (before 1pm) and Standard and 1st class parcels within three to five working days.

As a guide only Airmail to Western Europe is usually 3 days following the day of posting, Eastern Europe is usually 4 days following day of posting. Rest of World Airmail is usually 5-7 working days following date of despatch.

Our Courier 48 hour Service is a trackable service available 48 hours from Despatch date (not placement of order date) and is a signed for service only.  Parcels will NOT be left without a signature.

We normally despatch all orders within 2 working days (Usually 24 hours), but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in case of postal delays which is beyond our control.

If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone, or leave a comment in the comment box and we will do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible.  If we are unable to do this we will contact you as soon as we can. 

Our UK shipping Costs are shown above.  European and Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail service to a maximum weight of 2Kg.

Airmail Shipping costs are based on the Royal Mail Airmail service rates available here.

We accept Returns of all our products in line with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

RETURN PROCESS

During the period 1st November until 31 January we have an extended Returns policy to allow for the Christmas period.

 Any item purchased during the period 1st November till the 24th December can be exchanged or refunded up until 31 January.  We will make a full refund for any item returned unused and undamaged.

All returns must be shipped back to Lambland at your expense and must be labelled with an RMA number. An RMA number is automatically generated by our system if you choose to return a product. You may Track a Return Online by entering your RMA number.  If you have any queries with returns in general then please call us Monday ~ Friday between 9am ~ 6pm on 01271 863646.

To generate an RMA number, please login to your account and then view your previous orders under "My account". View the specific order you wish to return and then select the "return" option. Fill in the information requested to generate an RMA number.

LOST PARCEL PROCEDURE

Lambland's procedure for any Parcel which is not received by the recipient is as follows:

Upon receiving confirmation either verbally or by email or letter that a parcel has not been received and before a replacement can be sent on, our "Lost Parcel Claim Form" has to be completed and signed to confirm non receipt of goods and then returned to us in the enclosed pre paid envelope.

Once we are in receipt of the signed "Lost Parcel Claim Form" a replacement parcel will then be forwarded on to the recipient. 

There can be no exceptions to this procedure.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
