Shipping & Returns
We ship to the UK Mainland using Royal Mail, & DPD, or standard parcel Delivery to a maximum weight of 20kg. European and Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail or DPD International Tracked services to a maximum weight of 2Kg.
· Royal Mail aim to deliver Standard Delivery 2nd Class packages within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been despatched
* Free Delivery applies only to 2nd Class (standard mail), any other delivery option selected will incur specific delivery service charges *
· As a guide Airmail to Western Europe is usually 3 - 5 working days following date of despatch, Eastern Europe is usually 4 – 7 working days following date of despatch. Rest of World Airmail is usually 7 -10 working days following date of despatch.
· Our DPD 24 hour is a trackable service on orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays and is a WEEKDAY SIGNED FOR service ONLY.
We normally despatch all orders within 2 working days (Usually 24 hours), but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in case of postal delays which is beyond our control.
For urgent order please contact us by phone, or leave a message in the comment box and we will do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible. If we are unable to do this we will contact you as soon as we can.
If you wish to return item/s please simply download the RETURNS FORM and print-off and attach firmly to your parcel. All items must be returned with their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. FREE RETURNS ARE UK ONLY.
Return postage is paid by Lambland using our freepost label, for large and expensive orders that have to be returned via a tracked/insured service, if a customer error is made return postage is to be paid for by the customer.
During the period 1st November until 24th December we have an extended Returns policy to allow for the Christmas period. Any items purchased during the period 1st November till the 24th December can be exchanged or refunded. We will make a full refund for any item returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging. To qualify, all orders must be returned to us by the 31st January .

LOST PARCEL PROCEDURE
Lambland's procedure for any parcel which is not received by the recipient is as follows: Upon receiving confirmation either verbally or by email or letter that a parcel has not been received and before a replacement can be sent on, our "Lost Parcel Claim Form" has to be completed and signed to confirm non receipt of goods and then returned to us in the enclosed pre paid envelope.
Once we are in receipt of the signed "Lost Parcel Claim Form" a replacement parcel will then be forwarded on to the recipient. There can be no exceptions to this procedure.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. All exchanges and refunds take a minimum of 10 working days to action after we have received the item.
We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post, we therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. To understand obligations as a merchant in the UK consult "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.
